We promise, it's very real. Residential property managers can earn a monthly check by helping refer tenants to our internet, cable, and phone service hotline. We're here to help businesses grow and thrive, and our partnerships in the internet service industry have put us in a position to help property managers earn some extra cash.

We'll send you a customized referral form. Simply give it to your tenants when they move in and the "hard" part is done. When your tenants call the hotline, they will speak to a representative who will coordinate the account setup and installation for the tenant's desired internet/cable/phone service at better-than-market rates.

The tenant and service representative will handle everything. The tenant will reference their property manager's name upon setting up their account, and the service representative will update your account with the new referral.

At the beginning of the following month, you get paid! We'll track all referrals for the month and provide your choice of payment. Cash payments typically average between $5-$10 per referral depending on the service provider(s) in your area. Resonance is proud to offer a 2x credit program where your payout is doubled when selected as Resonance credit instead of cash.
